What Is Sports Injury Treatment?

Sports injuries can sideline athletes at every level — from weekend warriors to competitive professionals. Traditional treatment often means rest, ice, and waiting. Our regenerative sports medicine program takes healing further by using PRP, prolotherapy, and other advanced therapies to accelerate tissue repair, strengthen damaged structures, and reduce recovery time. We help athletes get back to what they love — faster and with less risk of re-injury.

What to Expect

Your sports medicine evaluation includes a thorough assessment of your injury. Treatment sessions are typically 30–60 minutes. Depending on the injury, you may need to modify your activity level for 1–4 weeks during the initial healing phase. Most athletes see significant improvement within 4–8 weeks and return to full activity within 8–12 weeks.
